Meet The Founder

Nick Sanchez brings two decades of hands-on leadership in sales operations, commercial strategy, and revenue performance, spanning both the US and UK.

 

He began in California’s automotive aftermarket sector, leading revenue, operations, and finance across multi-site retail and service brands. There, he introduced new profit centres, managed full P&L accountability, and built customer-facing warranty and sales programmes that unlocked sustainable growth.

 

Nick later moved to New York to join Triumph’s flagship dealership in Brooklyn, then on to Chicago, where he led operational transformation across multiple motorcycle OEMs. As Sales and Finance Director, he delivered a 240% year-on-year profit increase by September 2020, even amidst pandemic-related market challenges.

 

After relocating to the UK, he took on senior roles across sales leadership, finance operations, and consulting, guiding go-to-market strategy and operational change across a broad client base.

 

He founded Nick Sanchez Consulting Services UK to help B2B and B2C businesses scale through a RevOps-driven approach grounded in structure, clarity, and executional support. While particularly experienced in complex service-led environments where quoting, compliance, and customer experience intersect, his work spans a wide range of sectors and sales models.

 

While the principles Nick applies, such as process clarity, system alignment, and sales accountability, translate across any sales-led organisation, he is especially effective in environments where CRMs are layered over DMS, ERP, or other legacy platforms. In these businesses, sales process, pipeline structure, cadence, and forecasting discipline are often underdeveloped. Sales leaders in these settings may not even realise there are more structured, scalable ways to strengthen their revenue operations.
