Nick Sanchez brings two decades of hands-on leadership in sales operations, commercial strategy, and revenue performance—spanning the US and UK.
He began in California’s automotive aftermarket sector, leading revenue, operations, and finance across multi-site retail and service brands. There, he introduced new profit centres, managed full P&L accountability, and built customer-facing warranty and sales programs that unlocked sustainable growth.
Nick later moved to New York to join Triumph’s flagship dealership in Brooklyn, then on to Chicago, where he led operational transformation across multiple motorcycle OEMs. As Sales and Finance Director, he delivered a 240% year-on-year profit increase by September 2020, even amidst pandemic-related market challenges.
After relocating to the UK, he took on senior roles across sales leadership, finance operations, and consulting—guiding go-to-market strategy and operational change across a broad client base.
